These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Precision Diesel & Machinery LLC ("Precision Diesel," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 2105 E Mead Ave, Yakima, WA 98903. By accessing or using our website at precisiond.us, requesting our services, submitting a contact form, or engaging with us through any of our digital platforms — including SMS text messaging — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Services

Precision Diesel & Machinery LLC provides diesel engine rebuild and overhaul services, commercial fleet maintenance, mobile preventative maintenance, DOT annual inspections, regulatory compliance services, and related mechanical services for commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, agricultural machinery, and marine engines in the Yakima, Washington area.

All service work is performed at our shop located at 2105 E Mead Ave, Yakima, WA 98903, or at customer locations for mobile service calls. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice. Estimates provided are not guaranteed final prices; actual costs may vary based on the condition of the equipment and parts availability.

Fleet Management Program services are governed by a separate Memorandum of Agreement between Precision Diesel and the fleet customer. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Memorandum of Agreement, the Memorandum of Agreement shall control.

Acceptable Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our website in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations; to transmit unsolicited commercial communications; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems; or to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website.

Service Warranty & Disputes

Precision Diesel stands behind our work. Any warranty terms specific to a service or repair will be communicated to you in writing at the time of service. In the event of a dispute regarding service quality or billing, we ask that you contact us directly at (509) 406-1081 or sales@precisiond.us within 30 days of the service date so we can work to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not resolved through direct communication shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Yakima County, Washington.

Third-Party Links & Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including our Fullbay customer portal and GoHighLevel scheduling and CRM tools. These third-party sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability.
